What hours are you open? We're open 24/7. Your key fob grants you access anytime of day every day of the week. If you're looking to speak with one of our team members about questions you have, call us at 304-224-1418.

Do you offer Personal Training? Yup! Call us at 304-224-1418. If one of our floor team members don't answer, leave a message and we'll get back to you!

How can I pay for my membership? You can pay for your membership with cash or card. When you sign up, you'll be charged the first month's membership plus a one-time $15 fee for your key fob. After that, you will be charged every month on the calendar date you signed up. *ACH payments are preferred but not required. *Note that if you are late on a payment your key fob will not work until any delinquent charges are made. If you got a new card, would like to switch cards, or pay with cash, please call us so we can sort that out and ensure your key fob works properly.

Do you offer any special discounts? Sure do! Veterans, First Responders, Healthcare Workers, and Teachers receive a special discount towards their membership. You do a lot. We see it and appreciate it.

If I don't have any of the accepted insurance plans, do you accept a Health Savings Account? Yes! We accept Health Savings Accounts.

Can I get a day pass? Sure can! Day passes can be purchased for $10. Cash or Card is accepted. Press the doorbell when you get here so someone can let you in!
